Anne Koh is a Malaysian contemporary artist whose practice centres on painting as a language of movement, colour, and emotional expression. Through layered compositions and a distinctive visual rhythm, her works move fluidly between abstraction and representation, exploring themes of nature, memory, and human experience. Her paintings are characterised by a confident use of colour and gesture, creating immersive works that are both visually engaging and quietly contemplative.
Mah Jie Xin's practice is rooted in an intuitive exploration of material, surface, and gesture. Through layered compositions and a nuanced use of colour, she constructs paintings that unfold through rhythm, texture, and spatial balance rather than fixed narratives. Central to her practice is Bobi, a recurring character that serves as both a visual anchor and an emotional presence, navigating themes of memory, vulnerability, curiosity, and everyday experience. Rather than illustrating a singular story, her works embrace ambiguity, inviting viewers into quiet moments where material, perception, and narrative remain in constant dialogue.

Ng Bee's practice is distinguished by a dynamic visual language built through expressive oil lines, rhythmic mark-making, and layered surfaces. At the centre of his work is the recurring rhinoceros motif, reimagined not simply as a subject but as a distinctive artistic language through which movement, resilience, and presence are explored. Balancing gestural energy with compositional restraint, his paintings invite viewers to experience the quiet tension between abstraction and representation, where line becomes both structure and expression.
SC Chin's multidisciplinary practice is rooted in conceptual inquiry, where painting, objects, and installation become vehicles for exploring perception, memory, authorship, and the systems that shape the experience of art. Rather than being defined by a single medium, her works are guided by ideas, often unfolding through wit, irony, and subtle cultural references that encourage reflection and dialogue. By challenging conventional expectations of both artwork and audience, SC creates thoughtful encounters that blur the boundaries between object, concept, and participation.
